Cardiac device clinic moves to new location

Daniel Oseran, M.D.

Medical director, Providence Heart and Vascular Institute
Medical director, arrhythmia services, Providence St. Vincent Medical Center

We are pleased to announce that the Providence St. Vincent Cardiac Device and Monitoring Clinic has joined Providence Medical Group and moved to a new clinic location on the Providence St. Vincent Medical Center campus.

Our telephone and fax numbers will remain the same, but our office will be located in the West Pavilion at 9205 SW Barnes Road, second floor, Portland, OR 97225.

To find our new location, park in the west parking structure and use the West Pavilion entrance. Take the purple elevators, located behind the information desk, to the second floor. Providence St. Vincent Cardiac Device and Monitoring Clinic is located directly outside the elevator doors.

The clinic is a vital component of Providence St. Vincent’s Heart Rhythm Center, where we provide specialized care for patients with heart rhythm disturbances. Our goal is to ensure appropriate follow-up and monitoring for patients who have undergone implantation of pacemakers or defibrillators. Patients will benefit from the clinic’s expert services, which include:

  • Routine clinic follow-up to assess device, lead and battery status and diagnostic information
  • Trans-telephonic device follow-up alternating with in-clinic visits
  • Quarterly patient education and information meetings as part of our longstanding implanted cardiac defibrillator support group
  • Resources for patient concerns and questions

Our move allows us to better serve your patients by providing health care services in a more comfortable, spacious environment. Our staff will be reminding patients of our new location when confirming appointments in advance.

If you have any questions or would like to learn more about this transition, please call the clinic staff at 503-216-2188.
